This website is operated by PatelLock, a sole proprietorship of Amir Errait registered in Belgium (enterprise number 1043.717.030). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PatelLock. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Online store

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to place an order. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products and health disclaimer

Our knee sleeves are designed to provide compression and support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary from person to person. If you have an injury, a medical condition or persistent pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop using the product if you experience discomfort, numbness, skin irritation or reduced circulation.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in your local currency and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if a product is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Accuracy of information

We do our best to display products, colors and descriptions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free. If a product is not as described, our Refund Policy applies.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatelLock is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to PatelLock or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.
