Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your PatelLock knee sleeve. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Free size exchange

Ordered the wrong size? We will send you a different size for free. Email us at amirerrait.ecom@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We reply within 1–2 business days and ship your new size at no extra cost. If we need the original sleeve back, we will let you know and send you the return instructions.

Eligibility for returns

• The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Send us a message via the contact form on our website with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first; returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Return shipping

• If the item arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, we cover the cost of the return or send you a free replacement.
• A wrong size is covered by our free size exchange (see above).
• For all other returns (for example, a change of mind), return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days of delivery if something is wrong. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
